The avocado — a fruit often mistaken for a vegetable and beloved by hipsters, health nuts and average eaters alike.
It is a great source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, potassium, lutein, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids.
