Food Combining for good health

Foods properly combined streamline digestion, promote weight loss and energize and strengthen your entire body. Although it is often believed that our stomach can digest any number of different foods at once, the digestion process is actually managed by a physiological chemistry.

Therefore, while what we eat is important, the combination of foods we eat determines how well we digest and assimilate those foods and nutrients.
